Review content:
My mother called to inquire about a service and its cost. They then called up and left a message TELLING us that they were going to do my neighbors yard and they they would be doing my yard as well. They never asked if we wanted the service performed. She then called them up telling them that we did not want the service done and the next day they came and performed the service even thought she explicitly told them that we did not want the service performed. Then they sent her a bill for the service that she never requested. She called up to complain and they apologized and assured her that it would never happen again. Well a few weeks later they again called and left her a message to tell her that they were going to do lawn service on the neighbor's lawn and that they would stop by and do her lawn as well (again without her requesting that they perform any lawn service). Again, she immediately called them to tell them that she did not want their service and they said - ok sorry for the misunderstanding. These people have harassed her and billed her for services that she did not authorize (repeatedly). These people are the biggest crooks. She simply inquired about their services and then the next thing she knew they left her voice mail messages TELLING her that they would come to perform the service (not asking, but telling her). If they ever call please hang up. These people are scary. I feel that they have terrorized my mother. Do you need this in your life?
