Review content:
I went to have my hair highlighted and a cut. The owner did my hair and according to her said she could do it very similar to the pic I had taken in with me. Well, after 3 1/2 hours later my hair was NOTHING like the pic! She over processed it so bad that my natural blonde hair was dyed black with bright silver and gray hi lights! I had gone in asking for light brown on my already blonde hair! The cut was to be layered at the shoulders. My hair is past my ears with a very uneven bob style cut! Not only was it done nothing like I asked but she charged my an extra $30 than her payment chart had shown! I walked out of there paying $112 and she promised it would wash out. Well a month later it is still very bad and she won't refund me anything but 10!! Please take my advice and stay away!!
