Akeela was advertised in the SHPOA Newsletter. . . I'd been meaning to call them for some time and finally I did . . . Gregory was wonderful. He showed up on time to give me a quote, he talked me through the process and set my expectations especially on the pet stains which by the way, he said ""if they do come back, call me - I'll re--treat them"" .... We set a time for the work to be done and although I never called to confirm, again - he showed up on time and ready to work. The equipment was quiet, and I had 5 rooms and 2 hallways done. They were great! The thing I really loved was when I realized that they get down on their knees and do the edges of the carpet by hand! How thorough is that??? AWESOME! They did a great job, Oh, and by the way, the pet stain did show up, he came the day I called, treated it and I haven't seen it since! \r

My carpet looks terrific, they were careful with everything they moved and when they could, used the divits in the carpet to put things back, right where they started. \r

Would I call them again ? ? ? ? you bet I would! And I will, but probably not for at least another 12-18 months .. \r

I would totally recommend Akeela and Gregory. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done. Your good work is very much appreciated and I hope to spread the word.\r
