I was there on time and only had to wait to fill paper work. The place is very nice with big screen for the whole family to watch. The pictures were crystall clear and I can tell that my new baby will definitely look like my older son. I was amazed by the picture clarity. I will definitely compare my new baby with the 4D ultra sound pictures. I loved the customer service they had..... i will definitely do it again for our last baby next year. They also offer a bear that had the baby heart beat recorded. This bear is priceless
