Very poor experiences at this medical group, and with Chandra in particular. Doctors and staff are rude, unprofessional, and uninformed. If you're looking for evidence that Buffalo is twenty years behind the rest of the country, look no further! These people live it! Add to that the extraordinarily obnoxious behavior of doctors and staff, and that will tell you what BMG is like.\r
