Grandpa's Dental in Orem, and Sandy UT are completely horrible in every aspect. I had 2 cavities done at the Orem office, and I requested to just have one Cavity done, because I was in a hurry. And the Dentist dis regarded my request, and said let's just do 2 cavities. He raced through it, and a day later I noticed that my teeth were still hurting where I had the cavities. He didn't do a complete thorough job. I brought this to their attention the next time I visited to get my crowns put on. They dis regarded it and started putting my Crowns. I kept telling the Dentist that my 2 teeth hurt where he was going to put the crowns. I told him that one of the teeth felt really sensitive to the cold, and the other hurts when I bite down on it. He said that it was probably because my teeth were a little sensitive. 2 cavities/ 4 crowns later and only 2 crowns were successful because a previous Dentist had already done those root canals. I'm in pain constantly... have been taking advil/tylenol/aspirin for about 5 months now... waiting to save up money so I can go to a new Dentist.
