***CAUTION*** I highly encourage anyone considering using Dr. Medved's office for the purpose of acquiring dentures to seek another practice. There is no other way to explain the services provided than to say that they are vastly inadequate and unwilling to perform the services they claim to provide. My mother (50) sought dentures from Dr. Medved's practice in 2010. After having removed her teeth she went for ELEVEN WEEKS without any teeth or dentures. After finally receiving her dentures she went through numerous fittings and re-sizing appointments. Still to this day (NEARLY THREE YEARS LATER) Dr. Medved has not been able to correctly fit her with the lower set of dentures. Dr. Medved's practice systematically denies responsibility for incorrectly fitting her dentures from the beginning and refuses to properly fit her dentures without further compensation beyond what they have already received to perform the service. This kind of costumer service is woefully inadequate and unacceptable. Due to the systematic denial of the inadequate service and refusal on the part of Dr. Medved's office to accept any responsibility for the ill-measured lower set of dentures, my mother grew agitated and gave up pursuing any sort of redress. I vehemently disagree with Dr. Medved's practice and the way in which they treat their customers in such situations. For these reasons, I highly encourage anyone seeking the services of Dr. Medved's practice to take caution. Further more, I welcome Dr. Medved's office to contact me concerning these issues and will gladly revisit this review in the event that they atone for the fore-mentioned grievances.
