I went to Garcia's today and even though I have nothing really bad to say about the food the service was horrible!!!! Our ticket was 43.09 with 6.92 being gratuity. I had to get up 4 times to ask for refill of tea, extra chips, another kids menu and butter that I had already asked for when I first got my chips. Anna was the waitress she would place a plate down and leave she never asked one time do you need anything is everything ok? After a horrible late lunch I talked to Oscar who was the manager on duty and even though he was very kind and listen to what I had to say he never offered to compensate in any way. i believe Garcia's should have taken the responsibility and picked up the waitress tip since they are the ones who employ her. We were gonna go to Rudy's but my husband insisted on stopping there next time we know to pass this place up and keep driving. it doesn't matter how good anyone's food is if the service is horrible why even go back. We are the people and have a choice to eat anywhere so next time ask yourself do you want to take your hard working money and spend it there or go somewhere that will give you what you pay for. Garcia's is not somewhere you want to spend your money.
