After reading the excellent reviews online, I came into Classic Pianos a few weeks ago to begin my hunt for a new piano. My hunt ended fairly shortly as I made up my mind to purchase a brand new Yamaha grand piano from the folks at Classic Pianos only a few days later. John, Haidi, and the rest of the staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. I did not experience the aggressive sales tactics or pressure to buy ""NOW"" that I experienced with a few other piano dealers that I have been to. John and Haidi were very patient and took the time to thoroughly answer the numerous questions that I had. If you are thinking about buying a new or used piano, make sure to check out John and the rest of the staff at Classic Pianos! You won't be disappointed.
