I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my orders!! I went this shop because I had their 20% off coupon for ""all bridal and special occasion dresses""...Big mistake. Betsy refused to take the coupon because it was not intended for bridesmade dresses (???). Okay. I wear size 4. The dress I tried on was size 12 and obviously too big. She convinced me that size 10 will be just right as these dresses run small. I even went to the store a few days later asking her to measure me to be sure because I might need size 8 (which I've never worn ANYTHING larger than size 6!). She refused saying that ""she's been in this business for 30 yrs"" and I just have to trust her...Besides this her rudeness is outrageous. This should have been a red flag for me :(
