I contacted Hiltz Management to obtain information about a specific property and I was placed on hold by a laughing receptionist. She never stopped her conversation even once she answered the phone. When the person I was attempting to reach about the property called me back, he was very short in his response and from the sounds of it he ate his lunch during our entire conversation. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information regarding the property. The most disturbing point was that the property was listed with (2) different prices at which I called to confirm and (Phil) basically shrugged off the matter stating "no it would never be that amount I might as well give it away". This is not a company I would want to do business with as their professional etiquitte could use some improving. Very bad business!!!!
