Horrible. In march I had appointment at the bridal suite as well as fantasy weddings by Anna Marie. I went to the bridal suite and they were absolutely wonderful. Booked me for an hour and we pulled about 10 dresses...by the 3rd one, I knew the 2nd one was the one and did t even bother trying on any others. The bridal suite worked with my budget and all.\r

I wanted to try other places, so next up we went to fantasy weddings. I walked in with my grandmother and mother and it took them a few minutes to even greet me. I didn't feel like there was a point to making an appointment when the girl didn't even care about me. They didn't care about my budget....just kept shoving dresses at me and if I didn't like one, it seemed to be a ""problem"" for the girl.\r

She was rough with zippering up my dress and told me I looked good in the expensive dresses, not the ones My family thought I looked good in that were in my budget. \r

I walked out and called the bridal suite and said I'm coming back and buying the dress...I don't ever want to have an experience at another store after the fantasy weddings spot. \r

I needed to find shoes, and even though they have large selection, I didn't want to set foot into that store again.\r

It took me 6 months to consider giving them another try, for my moms dress.we went today, and it was the same experience. Rude rude rude. I saw the way they were with another bride who said she had an appointment and they didn't even know her name or why she was coming...the poor bride had to state she was coming for her second fitting.\r

I went to the bridal suite and Silvanna remembered me after 6 months and remembered my veil and all the details....and that bridal shop is busy!!\r

All in all, don't waste your time at Fantasy Weddings...drive down a few miles to The Bridal Suite off rt. 33
