Businiess name:  Roler Appraisal Services

Review content:
My lender, People’s Home Equity contacted Roler Appraisal services (Jason Roler) to do the home appraisal on a house we have made an offer on. Roler Appraisal Services was scheduled to perform the appraisal on Friday 2-1-13 at 9am, we received the appraisal back one week later on 2-8-13 at or around 3pm. All parties involved (i.e. us as the buyer, our lender & the seller) thought the appraisal came in lower than it should have been. Our lender requested on Monday 2-11-13 that Roler Appraisal Services reassess & possibly adjust the value with additional comps in the area. The lender tried to communicate several times throughout the week to obtain the status. It wasn’t until Friday 2-15-13 again at 3pm that Roler Appraisal Services informed us he was not going to look at the comps & adjust the appraisal if he was not paid another appraisal fee. Roler appraisal Services wasted a week of everyone’s time during the purchase of our new home. If you want a speedy appraisal so you can close on your new home, DO NOT waste your time with Roler Appraisal Services.
