DO NOT rent an RV space from these people. They kicked me out a week ahead of my lease without any repayment for the days not stayed, for no reason whatsoever. I got a form letter telling me to vacate the property, no reason given, and anytime someone who knew me there, as I had made a few friends with the other camperss, asked why they kicked me out no reason was given. I went in to the office wanting 3 days worth of stay back, 24 dollars. I was refused, and then they threatened to call 911 on me when I told them I was going to write a bad review. I informed the ladies I had 2 dogs, and an older camper, and they rented to me fully knowing this. I did nothing to bother anyone, I stayed to myself and only visited people around me infrequently. \r
Now to the rest of what I know about this place. It was deserted last month when I got there to sell. Not even worth setting up. The vendors were all standing around BSing.\r
There has been at least one instance where someone was shot at for driving through the back area, who didn't know where they were. The story I got from 3 different people was that they shot out his back window as he was leaving, with no warning. \r
This place is run by a guy named Steve Cash, and he is the guy who signed the letter kicking me out, and then threatened to call 911 on a 35 year old woman cause she wanted money back for time not stayed. As promised, I will be publishing this review on every website that does reviews known to man. I hope you people who read this please believe me, I have no reason to lie. I do have reason to hurt their business, because they stole from me, lied to me, and put me on the street for no reason. Email me if you would like more information.\r
