Review content:
I took a cab home over the weekend, and my ID, credit cards, etc. fell out of my pocket. I called the office and was helped by a lady named Virginia. She was able to find the cab I took, contact the driver, and let me know they would look for my items. She also took time out to call me and keep me updated on what was going on until the items were actually found. I went to the office to pick the stuff up, but unfortunately she had already left for the day. The next day, she even called me to make sure I got them alright! This level of service goes above and beyond what I was expecting, and probably is above what is required. However, I know I would do the same thing in her shoes because I also take pride in my job and would want someone to do the same for me.\r
