Businiess name:  Teddy's

Review content:
Until recently, one of my favorites, something has happened it is no longer the Teddy's I frquented. Reservations on July 7 for 6 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. Appetizers and drinks served promtly. The dinners were an agonizing wait with no excuse. Others who were seated after our party were served! My wife said ""calm down"" I said ""I'll try for you""\r \r Dinners arrive warm at best. My Devonshire was cool and the melted cheese scummed over, a blackened rare steak was burned and cooked thoroughly. Sent the Devonshire back, my son said he'd handle the steak he regretted it. Devonshire back from the kitchen in less than 5 minutes, looked the same except hotter. I asked ""was this microwaved?"" ""No sir ,we made it over"" in 5 minutes? I was approached by a manager, and asked "" Is everything OK?"" I responded ""No, do you all have a new chef? This Devonshire is not the same, a blackened steak was burned, and the portions are quite smaller.I'm really not accustomed to such problems at Teddy's"" It is the same staff, I was told. We were not offered anything for what I considered the poorest serviceand meal quality I ever received at Teddy's that evening. The waitress even mentioned other complaints had been issued which surprised me she would say that. I did see another couple pointing to thier meals to the server. The next day I was told Teddy's is under new ownership. if this is true therein lies the answer as to ""What happened to the real Teddy's?"" I will not be going back, there are too many choices in the Irwin area.
