I really liked Dr. Shah, but we no longer use her. She knew my wife and I wanted a lot of technical detail about the medical issues that came up, and she was very good about explaining those things, but her office was horribly run. We had a 9am appointment, the first of the day, and we were not seen until 9:40. There were no bleeding or vomiting children rushed into her exam room, or we would have been very sympathetic. She was just not ready until 40 minutes after our appointment time, and that was typical of our experiences with her. Her office staff also made getting our daughter's records transferred into a huge ordeal that took weeks. If she was part of a larger, well-run practice, I'd be happy to use her.
