Review content:
I have to disagee with the reviews placed before mine. I had a similar experience below, in which i have 12 year old unit and a technician (i cannot recall his name) came to my home at 1000pm to see what was wrong. When he came out, it turns out i had a bad motor as well. The specific motor needed for my system was not stocked on his truck (which is understandable beings that they promote ""SERVICE on all makes and models 24/7"".....not moving parts van. The technician had the parts ordered the next morning ( which the office called to confirm) and it was repaired that same day. If that is not accomodating i dont know what is. I cant say i agree with a review that says because a part is not stocked on the technicians truck, that this is an awful company??? Not to mention if you have a unit that is 10yrs old and it was 20 degrees, the fact that a repair needed to be made is quite understandable I would think. If i were you i would look into that replacement they were telling you about before you end up spending thousands of more dollars on repairs to your unit!!!!
