NEW CUSTOMER, FOUND THIS COMPANY ON INTERNET, TO REPAIR MY CENTRAL AIR AND CORRECT PREVIOUS REPAIR PERSONS HALF DONE JOB, JOHN , THE SERVICE TECH, WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM, AND AS A RESULT SIGNED ON FOR THE pLUS SERVICE PLAN OFFERED. THE CALL CENTER REPS WERE ALSO VERY NICE AND CUSTOMER FREINDLY. I HOPE WE HAVE A LONG RELATIONSHIP.
