I live in the area and have used Hearts exclusively for over fifteen years. They ruined the beading on my formal dress, and I did not realize it until I removed it from the bag on a cruise to Europe. When I returned the dress and asked for assistance, they kept it for over three months, promising to replace the beading, which they did not do. When I asked for my dress back, they offered me a $15 credit towards future cleaning. My dress cost over $200 and I only wore it once. I would not recommend them or use them again.
