If you are looking for a home, definately stop in at the office. Our family has lived here for 3 yrs, and as soon as our tax return is in we are moving out of our 2 bedroom into one of the 3 bedroom duplexes they have here. I have shared my experience at many other websites because I want people to know that I really think this place is one of the greatest places. The office and maintenance staff seems very kind and do a great job. We did have a pretty major leak in our home due to the upstairs neighbors toilet, and the emergancy maintenance guy was there so quick, stopped the leak, had a carpet company there within 30 minutes to start removing water. Before the carpet guy was even there the maintenance guy was using a shop vac on his hands and knees to start removing water, he was soaking wet but just kept at it. This leak left us with quite the hole in our bathroom ceiling, but they had it fixed and painted within a week. I think his name was Adam and he did a great job from the start to finish. We like the pool, and 24 hr fitness center, I enjoy working out at my own pace after my family has gone to bed due to the hours I have been able to lose this baby weight. They really have nice parties for residents, great holidays. They are really good people. I can only hope that when you read this you look into it. I have referred two friends over the years, they have given me a check everytime for this. I hope the people at the corporate office, truly know how hard the staff work here to make this our home.
