DO NOT GO THERE FOR A B-DAY PARTY!!! We had one there this past weekend for our twins...learned that the heat in the party room has been broken for years and they won't fix it. We were all cold the entire time. They don't help serve the food or the cake. FYI...bring your own spatula...I asked for one serve the cake and the response was they have something but it's easier to just use a plastic fork. Also suggest your own plastic wear....I had to try and serve cake to 19 kids between 2-6yrs with no help from Mcd's...takes quite a bit of time when McD's staff hand you a bin of fork/knife combos in plastic...takes forever to open 19 of them and serve to excited kids. Took them over an hour to get us 19 happy meals. No games or fun offered by McD's. The fact that we had a balloon artist was the only thing that saved us....saddest part....I had absolutely no opportunity to enjoy the party or at least see my girls celebrating. That is what I paid for...I wanted the help so I could enjoy it and form a great memory...instead I was busy serving food, cleaning up, cutting cake, opening utensils and drinks for kids, making sure they had napkins...had I known I'd have had the party at my house and had it catered.
