I had a Lower Blepharoplasty with fat injection and it was on June 27th of this year. I've always had an issue especially now that of course, I'm aging. I had a very tired look and I wanted to kind of get refreshed. That's what motivated me to get the procedure done. I actually did research to find out about other doctors and their results and their reviews. Much of it has been on online and then when I came to see Dr. Shapiro, I liked his approach and how he talked to me and explained the procedure and how we're going to be able to do it. It was very simple. I think I really thought it was going to be a lot more complicated than it was. I had gone to his office and it was very fast. I thought the recovery was going to take longer and it took about seven days to go outside, just to kind of go back to work in my regular activities, in that aspect. So far people can't really tell I had a procedure done. They have complimented me, but they're not sure what it was that I actually got done. I did have to wear a lot of concealer before and I feel like I don't need to wear as much concealer and I don't have to hide the air pocket under my eyes as much, obviously. It's a fresher and younger look. I think that with Dr. Shapiro, he exceeds your expectations.
