Employee tried to convince me that it was normal for my very expensive boots to wear down after one month. After taking it in for a repair, I received no phone call that the boots were ready AND the work done was not the work that was written on the ticket!! To make matters worse, I did not receive a phone call the second time AND I was charged again for them to correct the mistake!\r

I will NEVER bring this place my business ever again!
