This place is not what it's all beefed up to be. I don't think i'll be recommending this place to anyone.
We were so excited to stay here with my family and our visit was just depressing. This "resort" if you can even call it that is not kid friendly, staff are unexcited about their jobs, and it's expensive. I would have hoped for the price paid to receive a more quality service.
If you are looking for a resort that is kid friendly, decor up to date, and friendly staff, find another resort, as the Scottsdale Plaza Resort is more like a hotel.
