Surprisingly I had a similar experience as the last reviewer. I signed up with them as they had good reviews 4 years ago that they have good water. That is true. Now they have terrible delivery, customer service, billing, etc. which is not worth the good water. They are completely rude and accusatory which I find unacceptable. As I am in business school we used them and the way they treated me as an example of what not to do, ever. I would avoid them at all costs, there are plenty of other water companies out there.
