If it was possible to give less than one star I would. I started using this company after hearing about all of the benefits of Alkaline water. It is not worth the horrible and complete lact of customer service that this company offers. I had the driver completely skip my scheduled water deliveries and it is impossible to get anyone from the office to pick up the phone or return my calls. After the skipped delivery, I was out of water and it took a whole week for them to drop of 1 jug of water, not the 3 I was even scheduled. I have also had several billing issues with the company. I have called 3 times to try and have someone explain my bill to me, and was even yelled at by the driver, yes the same driver that skips my deliveries about my bill.
Since my experience I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I would not recomend this company to anyone at any time ever. Even if the water tastes great and has all of the benefits it calims Silver Springs Water is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever.
