I ordered once from this restaurant and they were 30 minutes late. I wrote it off as a fluke, so a few weeks later I tried again. That time they were 45 minutes late, after estimating they were going to take 90 minutes.
If they initially told me it would take them over 2 hours to deliver my food that would have been fine because then I would have been informed, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.
Ultimately the food was average tasting and I was left with a feeling of regret for purchasing from them.
If you order from them expect it to take longer for them to deliver than they tell you and to be underwhelmed when it arrives.
