Horribly managed! Incompetent staff, I had my payments set up auto pay through my bank, they had received my payment but did not post it to my account, insisted I had never paid & I had to get out my card & pay immediately over the phone TWO months later they call & say they did receive it & will issue a refund, ANOTHER 2 months go by & they still can not be bothered to send me my money. Calls are not returned, management is never on site or available to come to the phone......do not use this place!
