I have 2 dogs. I took one of my dogs there in October. I was told she did very well and had no to think otherwise. I took both of my dogs there in January and will NEVER go back. My little one shook and shook when we walked up and was terrified when she left. The next day we went to brush her and she cowed in front of the brush. My big guy (if you can call 15 pounds big) was more than anxious to go home. THREE of his nails were cut to the quick. And his skin was very red and irritated. There were several areas that looked like they'd been nicked. As a ""professional,"" I wouldn't expect there to be injuries of any sort, even cutting a nail to the quick (let alone 3...), but I couldn't believe she didn't say a word about it. Terrible.
