Beware of the properties as they are poorly maintained, management is nice until you move in and then they ignore requests as simple as necessary needs like appliance repairs, heat, dangerous things like leaks, exposed wires and pipes. Tendency to blame the tenant. Upon move out they charge for phantom things even when a professional cleaning crew was brought in to clean for a return of the deposit which they used the existing problems with the property as illustration and justification for not paying out the deposit back. If you rent from them, you can expect no to slow maintenance, being blamed for things that you did not do, sudden charges for things that were never in your lease or were ambiguous and do not expect your deposit back. Owners of properties beware, your property will end up with druggies, smokers and disrepair. All you have to do is go view their properties and ask the tenants who are suffering years. Not for kids. Watch out.
