Review content:
I was referred to this clinic by an acquaintance and recently had my appointment. I will say that I had a relatively easy time making the appointment, meaning not much wait. From the time I walked in, I felt like a cow being herded. Just a number. The reception staff was not very receptive. After waiting in the waiting room for just over a half hour, I was taken to an exam room by what I can only assume was a nurse, since she never bothered to introduce herself. She was pleasant enough and did the routine questions and initial exam, and then told me the doctor would be in shortly. He did arrive. AN HOUR LATER,breezed in the room, examined me, gave me a diagnosis, handed me a paper and told me to present it at the front desk. The lady at the desk that took my payment had no personality and I could not get her to smile no matter how nice I was to her. I had to wait a total of an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time to see the physician. Do you know how many people apologized to me for this excessive wait? None. I think that is disrepectful. I understand that things happen and unexpected problems arise, but for no one to acknowledge it is rude.Unfortunately, it has become accepted practice within the medical community. I am not a fan of the practice or this clinic because of it.
Pros: ease to get an appointment. Convenient locations
Cons: impersonal. excessive wait. lack of parking
