This practice exists for the only reason to give lawyers a place to send their clients involved in traffic accidents where they claim false injuries. The PA there actually sees patients and at some point, Dr Samaniego will walk in and spend about a minute with you just so he can ""legally"" say the patient was seen by him. It is a total and complete scam. We had a legitimate law suit against a person that almost killed my daughter and their insurance didn't want to pay out what we have already paid in medical bills, even though their policy limits would allow it. A legitimate lawsuit for sure. we stupidly hired a lawyer that uses this quack. I was horrified to be sent to this practice, especially with all the injuries my daughter sustained. They did NOTHING for us. Why? Because they aren't in business to treat legitimate patients.
