Worse dental experience in my life. I felt like I was getting dental service in Pakistan. They messed up my teeth, I had to find another dental to repair their mistakes. Their service is not professional. After 14 months, they said they would refund me. I have visited their office in Wheeling IL 3x per month, so thats over 30x in 14 months. I called with phone and they keep telling me my dentist will call me back, but he never did. I had to get the police involved to get a refund and their accounting department still did not give me a refund. I am thinking to take a lawsuit against them. Please don't go here, there are so many dentists out there that will be happy to assist you. Their staff and management / Doctor are not professional and carrying. My current dental, people are so nice and carrying and friendly. This place is a waste of time, their service might be appreciate in third world counties but not in the US.\r
