Review content:
All I can suggest is going to a different group--one that is based locally. Gailey is a corporation, where their objective is making money, not accurate patient care. They prescribed glasses that were completely wrong and different from any prescripted glasses I've ever had in my life, and then wanted to tell me what I could and could not see. The optician gave me the glasses without fitting them. Aside from the receptionist, it was poor customer service all around.
The doctor I saw ran a bunch of tests. When I asked about the cost, they said they didn't know because the billing office is in Bloomington. I agreed, and said I'd talk to the billing office myself. Took over 3 weeks to get any answers, but I did get their full bill in that time. The person in the billing office explained that she'd have to call the Springfield office to talk to the people there about a decision.
FYI - if you do go there, you talk to the doctor and office manager about the costs. Better yet--just go elsewhere like I said at the beginning.
