After calling a BIG name in garage doors and having to pay them $50 to tell us that we needed to replace the whole chain and cable system on our "stuck" garage door, which was to cost us almost $500. We decided to call the guys our neighbor just happened to have over the next day, Able Garage Door Service. They came right over and gave us a quote for free. They then proceeded to tell me that nothing was actually broken; they could easily fix the problem for $50 of labor. I hired them right then and they were back to do the work the next day. 3 years have gone by and we haven't had a problem. But if we did, they would be the first one we would call for help on any garage door issue.
