I have a wire support on the inside of my lower front teeth. Upon my recent cleaning, Jul. 8, the hygenist was flossing those front teeth. In order to do so, you must use a threader and floss underneath the wire. She began flossing and intentionally (I write this because she did this with each tooth), began flossing the gumline and pulling her hardest into the wire until the floss snapped. I obviously could not say anything, but asked her what she was doing...""I'm new and have not seen those things before."" Okay, i brush it off and then get my viewing from the dentist. She was so rough with my teeth and the wire, she snapped the glue affixing the wire to my tooth! It would also appear these dentists do not know what fluroysis is either. Because I have it and every one of my tooth in my god-forsaken, non-soda drinking body is on ""watch"" which is dental slang for ""cavity-ready."" AKA, they're gonna fill it on your next few visits regardless I have only improved my eating and drinking habits, yet my most recent stint with Dental Associates Inc. has me in there every other week. If they do not resolve the glue situation for free and we cannot work out a compromise, the will be hearing about this place. I am obviously not the first to say something either. Pros: Friendly counter personnel Cons: inexperienced hygenists and dentists
