We live in Seattle and after calling a few places and getting Kristina (owner) on the phone, we knew that we needed to make the trip out to Woodinville and see her and their showroom. She offered great advice and direction in choosing a carpet, responsive communication and fast installation scheduling. The two men that installed it are true craftsmen and we did not see a flaw anywhere. They were professional and two of the nicest folks you'd want to meet. A project from start to finish.... doesn't get any better!
