Interesting review from the previous reviewer. I have talked to the owner of this store on several different occassions, at length sometimes, and we seem to get along just fine. There have been times I've been in there where he seems pre-occupied or busy and obviously doesn't have time to talk but I understand that he is AT WORK and I'd imagine there's work that needs to get done. I know, as much as I might like to, I don't have time to sit around and chat very often while I'm at work. Customer service is one thing, but the place wouldn't be nearly as cool if the owner sat around bs'ing all day instead of preparing items for us to buy and there wasn't anything on the shelves.\r

Anyway, the place is GREAT! They have games for any system you could imagine and the prices are reasonable. One of the coolest things about this place is that they do REPAIRS! I got my PSP fixed there for $35 and it worked perfectly when I got it back in just a few days.
