I've used One Hour for years because they are so different and better than other companies. They always do a great job and save me money. I joined their Comfort Club that gives me discounts on service and even parts and labor. I also get tune-ups twice a year that check everything. Thanks to One Hour my air conditioner and furnace haven't needed any major repairs. What I like most about One Hour is there are no surprises with the prices. They tell you exactly what needs fixing and how much it costs. I know some other companies charge by the hour so you don't know the total until they're done and it's always more than expected. With One Hour, I never pay full price, they take care of my furnace and air conditioner and their technicians are always professional. I recommend One Hour to everyone. \r
