The staff are nice (but that changes after you sign your contract). Management is HORRIBLE. \r
The first week that I moved in I saw ROACHES. They have sprayed and I have not had a problem since, but still...who wants to deal with that?\r

I have been unable to get my mailbox fixed for 9 days. They ""fixed it"" four different times and my key still will not turn in the mailbox. That is the type of service you can expect. \r

Every issue comes with an excuse. ""all GA apts have bugs"" , "" we will fix your mailbox today"" ""oh sorry, we can't fix your mailbox today because we're short staffed"". \r

Again, I say HORRIBLE. Rent some place else. I know I will when my lease ends.
