Regardless of the size of your event, mine were 90-125, and others where her services were used were for more than 500 persons. My guests commented that it was the party of the year with the most outstanding selection of hors d'oeuvres, deserts both in terms of presentation and preparation. I have gotten to know ""my staff"" for the successive parties and it makes my guests think they are on permanent duty for me. Truly excellent service at a very competitive and fair price. Chris McG.
