Review content:
I am a landlord and they provided beyond abysmal property management services. Never drove by to look at property. Mishandled the tenant and eviction process. Allowed a tenant to run up a $840 water bill that I had to pay for personally. Didn’t take responsibility to notify us of a leak resulting in property damage. Greg the owner of Eqwest wrote an email to my exhusband that “I will do anything to destroy that evil bitch”, which means me as the Landlord after I fired them. Tenants complained about them also.
