THIS PLACE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, SCAM ARTISTS. I placed an order and NEVER received my merchandise. No one answers the phone nor replies to e-mails (despite the 24-hour ""guarantee""). My card was charged on Day 1, but every time I called about my order I either got no one or someone named ""Carrie"" would tell me ""it's being shipped tomorrow"" or ""it's been shipped."" They even went so far as to provide a PHONY TRACKING NUMBER. I have reported this to the FTC as well as my bank as a fraudulent merchant. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere, somewhere reliable. Had I seen these reviews prior to placing my order I NEVER would've ordered form them. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE.
