I just wanted to let you know that everyone in the press room was very thankful for the meal you whipped up them. The Pene was great and the portions were perfect and the pie was an over the top surprise. After droning around all day on a motorcycle or in a car and then having to do 4 hours of creative writing and photo editing, it really helps to have a little tasty food. All the media guys and gals told me that this was probably the best press room meal this year. At many of the big races they are lucky to get Jelly Belly's and Water! You set the bar very hight for the rest of the big tours.\r
