Sad to say we are extremely unhappy with J & S. The snow plower knocked down our mailbox and will not take responsibility for their actions. The owner Jeff did say they usualy take pics if they notice something, but, there were no pics taken. He did say that the driver did note it but did not say anything. Well how did he notice it? That is because he knocked it down. A neighbor claims it was definitely the snow plow based on the tracks. Jeff claims someone could have backed in to the driveway or drove fast and hit it. I live in a cul de sac. No way of backing in. If they were to back in they would have hit my husbands car which was parked in the driveway next to the mailbox. The mailbox was in 3 pieces and looked as if it were hit hard. The mail driver would not be driving at a fast speed to knock it that far out. There are tracks that look like the snow plow. Take responsibility for your actions J&S. Bottom line...... if you DO NOT want your mailbox knocked down do not call these people.
