This was overall a horrible experience. The woman who did my hair was so condescending and insulting it was unbelievable. As soon as I sat down in the chair she said that my short bangs are ""unattractive"", a word she used over 10 times during the 30 min. I was there. She seriously asked me ""Did you cry when you go that haircut? I would have"". I could not believe it. Anything I said I wanted her to do, she insisted was ""unattractive"" and that hair isn't meant to look like that...""that"" being parting my bangs to the side. She went on and on about how she doesn't like short bangs, she said the grey hair I have is ""shocking"" for my age, she cut it completely wrong, then when I said that I wanted it the other way, she nastily said ""well it would have helped if you told me that from the start"", which I DID, but she refused to do anything other than what she wanted to do. I felt like I was on trial for my hair. She literally argued with me ON EVERYTHING!!!! Her name is Denise. I've never been to someone so rude and nasty and this is the first time in my life I didn't tip. I was supposed to have a pedicure after, but I was so insulted and disgusted that I paid and left.
