Finally, a wonderful, upscale restaurant in Houston that sings all the right notes without having to pull our all of the stops! Comfortable, accessible, innovative without silliness and serene in the midst of the traffic in Bellaire. Chef Fah offers a beautiful menu that may stretch some further than they want to go with some flavors and may not be as bold as others wish because of her restraint; but there should be something on the menu for everyone.
My one wish? That Chef Fah would trust in her touch and food and really ""kick it up a notch"". This is a talented chef who shows well in her space and from whom I anticipate that there will be many wonderful things to follow. Go and say you knew her when.....
