I am new to L.A. and I have been having a really difficult time finding a hairdresser who actually LISTENS to me!!! I feel like I go to a hairdresser, tell them what I want, they pretend to listen to what I say...and then they do what they want anyways! I know that I am a bit older than all the Hollywood starlettes you see in the magazines, but I still count! I was looking for a new look but I still wanted to look my age (give or take a few years)! Every hairdresser I have been to since I moved out to L.A. tries to make me look like a 19 year old and although I hate to admit it...I AM NOT 19!!! I just wanted something that made me feel beautiful and not rediculous! Well, Rosie did it! She REALLY listened to me and did what I wanted...and she didn't make me feel silly for feeling insecure! She also was very upfront and honest. No hard sell and I didn't feel pushed into doing something I didn't want or need! She was pacient and made me feel comfortable.
Pros: Always a good time and I leave feeling GREAT!
