If you are a freak for PERFECT color,Capella is the place to go! They will get as creative as is needed to get the color YOU want. And, they care about healthy hair! Shai, the owner cuts and colors my hair, and I am so fussy! More highlights, less highlights, lowlights, darker, lighter....he does it all!\r
